1. Relationship with Apple's EULA

BrookBreath distributed via the App Store is governed in addition to these Terms by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

If there is any conflict, the Apple Standard EULA controls where applicable to App Store distribution.

2. Subscription

Title: BrookBreath Plus
Length: Monthly (1 month) / Yearly (1 year) — auto‑renewing
Price: Displayed in‑app and varies by region.

Payment & Renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.

3. Health Notice

BrookBreath provides breathing guidance and haptic cues for relaxation. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. If you have any health concerns, consult a qualified professional.
